No Glue, No Screws.
The design-build mandate was to cre- ate a table or workstation for the students in the architecture studio. The product was to be easily reproduceable, and to use minimal material for lower costs to the school.
Over 3 weeks, my two teammates, (Melanie Nunez, Jennii Yu) and I explored different design iterations, continuously cutting down on material usage. The end result was a high work table which students easily came to love. The table is still used to this day and can be found in the architecture studios of Carleton University.
